Rural Intelligence, meet Your Spice of Life!

I had the honor of being interviewed in Rural Intelligence, by free-lance writer Nichole Dupont.   RI covers food, art, style, travel, community and most other things that we cherish in life, so it was fitting to include this piece on my organic spice adventures!

The writer colorfully describes me as

“…the founder/owner/operator and basic all-knowing-Oz woman behind Your Spice of Life, her Hillsdale-based organic spice company which offers vibrant gem-colored, high quality spices and spice mixes to pique the palette.”

The various product photos in the article were snapped by Nichole at two of my local stores, The Hillsdale General Store and The Village Scoop. Big thanks to them for allowing me to use their beautiful settings for the shoot!

It has been exciting for me to get calls from all around the area, from both friends and total strangers who saw the piece. Best of all, a gourmet shop in Great Barrington was so intrigued that they called to invite me to put product on their shelves! I have been eying this shop for some time, so I was tickled to get that call.
